A grant can fund part of your AI project.

Singapore pays part of the cost when a company redesigns its work around new technology and brings its people along. A good AI project does exactly that. We match your project to the right scheme, then prepare the plan and quotes you apply with.

Three schemes fit AI work best.

NTUC, run by e2i

NTUC Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant

Up to 70%

of qualifying costs. Caps may apply.

Funds a transformation project that improves your business and your workers' jobs together. Software, consultancy and training can all qualify.

Where AI fits

Companies use it to bring in AI for document and invoice processing, procurement, inventory and forecasting.

Who can apply

  • Registered in Singapore. Non-profits and social enterprises can apply too.
  • You form a Company Training Committee with NTUC. You do not need a union.
  • Each affected local worker gets a wage increase, a skills allowance or a career plan.

e2i

Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR-CCP) pilot

Up to 90%

of salary while staff retrain. The top rate is for workers aged 40 and over.

Pays part of the salary while staff whose jobs changed in a CTC project retrain into new roles. It pairs with the CTC Grant.

Where AI fits

When an agent takes over routine work, your people move to higher-value work. This covers part of their pay while they learn it.

Who can apply

  • You need an approved CTC Grant project first.
  • The worker has been with you for at least 12 months.
  • It covers salary only. Our fees go under the CTC Grant.

Enterprise Singapore

EDGE Grant

Up to 50%

for SMEs on automation and digital work. Up to 30% for larger companies.

Replaced EDG and PSG on 30 Sep 2026. Its Large-scale Digital Transformation activity covers AI, machine learning and workflow automation.

Where AI fits

The project must connect your systems, such as sales, procurement and finance. Automating one isolated task does not qualify.

Who can apply

  • Registered and operating in Singapore, with at least 30% local ownership.
  • An SME has group turnover up to S$100m or up to 200 staff.
  • Up to S$100,000 a year per company, across all EDGE activities.

One rule for every scheme. Do not start the project or pay a deposit before the agency approves it. Work or payment made before then cannot be claimed. We plan our start date around your approval.

We do the groundwork. You apply.

01

Find the fit

Tell us what you want to build. We tell you which scheme fits, or tell you plainly if none does.

02

Shape the project

We write the scope, the job redesign plan and the worker outcomes the agency asks for. You get a formal proposal and quotation.

03

You apply

Your company submits on the agency's portal. Agencies reject applications filed by a vendor, so this step stays with you.

04

We build after approval

We start once the grant is approved, deliver in Ottoro, and give you the documents your claim needs.

We checked these details against the official pages on 5 November 2026. Agencies set the rates and caps, decide every application, and change the rules from time to time. Check the official page before you commit.
